We are looking for a Business Analyst Intern (trainee) with the qualification and requirements below:
Qualification and Skills
Master’s Degree such as MBA /MTech/MCA/MSc is required.
Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail.
Should be able to interpret and have a good understanding of client requirements.
Highly self-motivated and directed.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure.
Knowledge of workflow diagrams, user story writing, documentation, BRD/SRS/FRS creation, cost & efforts estimation.
Well-versed with prototyping tools.
Excellent presentation skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Analytical mindset.
Good exploration skills.
Responsibilities
Review and analyze system specifications and business requirements.
Create business proposals and project documents like BRD, FRD, SRS etc.
Develop effective test strategies and plans.
Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results.
Evaluate product code according to specifications.
Create logs to document testing phases and defects.
Report bugs and errors to development teams.
Help troubleshoot issues.
Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software. development lifecycle
Write and execute test scripts.
Run manual and automated tests.
Test in different environments including web and mobile.
Assess code.
Present findings to software development and business user teams.
Validate solution before UAT.
Preparation of Process Flow diagram and Process Models.
Translate client requirements and feedback into work items for the development team.
Acting as an information source and communicator between stakeholders.
Document client communication for requirement traceability.
