Requirements:

2-3 years of hands-on experience in email marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful email campaigns.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
Proficiency with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp, Active Campaign, HubSpot.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a creative flair.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and stay current with evolving email marketing trends and technologies.

Responsibilities:

Plan, design, and execute email marketing campaigns to promote services provided by the company
Develop compelling and engaging email content, including subject lines, copy, and calls-to-action, tailored to different segments of the audience.
Set up and manage automated email workflows, including drip campaigns, nurturing sequences, and transactional emails.
Track, analyze, and report on key email marketing metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions, etc.) to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
Conduct A/B tests to optimize email content, design, and delivery times for better performance.
Monitor email deliverability rates and implement strategies to improve inbox placement and reduce bounce rates.
Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in email marketing.
